Locker Room Manager

Responsibilities

• Inventory control of all spa and locker supplies
• Maintain cleanliness standards in all guest spaces
• Assist with lock assignments, keys, and articles

Essential Duties

• All aspects of shoe care, including cleaning, buffing, polishing, edging, and storage of member and guest shoes
• Perform individual and complete spike replacement services for members and guests
• Clean and maintain public and private locker spaces
• Qualify guests for daily golf or spa locker assignment
• Record name, date, and locker number on tracking board
• Distribute keys and inform guests of hours of operation and key return policy
• Escort guests to predetermined locker space
• Provide necessary linen and/or attire when appropriate
• Clean and polish shoes and replace in appropriate, predetermined locker space when applicable and/or as instructed

Qualifications

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Occasionally stoops, kneels, crouches or crawls
• Talks or hears
• Occasionally lifts up to 10 pounds

Environmental/Noise

• Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions (non-weather)
• The noise level in the work environment is moderate
