Duties And Functions
- Greet members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of locker room facilities.
- Aid in locating lockers and providing necessary amenities.
- Monitor locker usage and enforce club policies.
- Provide fresh towels and amenities as needed.
- Report maintenance and repair needs promptly.
- Assist with laundry duties, including collection, washing, folding, and restocking.
- Cook with other club staff to fulfill special requests.
- Address member inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to club uniform standards.
Qualification Standards
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or country club setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina for cleaning and lifting tasks.
- Professionalism and integrity in handling member information.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
- Knowledge of basic hygiene and sanitation practices.
