Duties And Functions

• Greet members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of locker room facilities.
• Aid in locating lockers and providing necessary amenities.
• Monitor locker usage and enforce club policies.
• Provide fresh towels and amenities as needed.
• Report maintenance and repair needs promptly.
• Assist with laundry duties, including collection, washing, folding, and restocking.
• Cook with other club staff to fulfill special requests.
• Address member inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to club uniform standards.

Qualification Standards

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or country club setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina for cleaning and lifting tasks.
• Professionalism and integrity in handling member information.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
• Knowledge of basic hygiene and sanitation practices.
