About the Role
Reporting to the Territory/Location Manager, the Location Support Representative is primarily responsible for directing incoming calls, greeting customers, and providing general office support.

Requirements
- 2 years of Receptionist/Office Assistant experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience with multi-line switchboard and Microsoft Office systems (Excel, Word, Teams, Office)
- Excellent work ethic, verbal, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment under the direction of a Territory Manager
- Ability to frequently sit
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of recent Office Assistant or Receptionist experience
