About the role

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and store efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Manage store budget and financial reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
