About the role
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and store efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage store budget and financial reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
