Location Leader (Agronomy & Grain Operations Manager)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily grain, agronomy, office, and operational activities
• Clock staffing, scheduling, and workload priorities
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and operations meet company, regulatory, and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility
• Serve Customers and Grow Relationships
• Build strong relationships with producers and customers
• Assist in resolving complex customer concerns and service needs
• Support customer success through operational excellence and responsive service
• Partner with agronomy, grain, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Manage Business Performance
• Develop and manage annual budgets
• Monitor financial performance and key operational metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and service levels
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
• Five or more years of related agriculture, operations, or leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing people, operations, budgets, and customer relationships
• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement, or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
• Chemical Handler's License, or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
• Agronomy, grain, and cooperative experience preferred
