Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Handle freight forwarding and international couriers
• Coordinate domestic logistics and couriers/cargo

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (for domestic couriers)
• Fluency in English

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations
