About the role

Local Yard Jockey needed to safely operate yard trucks within the yard, moving trailers to and from dock doors. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, adherence to safety protocols, team communication, and other job-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate yard trucks to move trailers to and from dock doors
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
• Adhere to safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with the team
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Yard Jockey experience
• CDLA (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Access to a smartphone for time clock and other job-related duties
