About the Opportunity:The LOCAL SEARCH MANAGER is responsible for overseeing organic search performance and reputation management across more than 4,000 locations. This role plays a critical part in enhancing local search presence, improving content and technical aspects of listings, and developing strategies to strengthen business reputation across multiple search engines and platforms. Responsibilities:Audit and continuously monitor local listing performance to identify issues and implement solutionsEvaluate content and technical aspects to recommend and execute improvementsIdentify and manage SEO best practices for local listingsCollaborate with brand marketing teams to develop and execute reputational strategiesDevelop SEO key performance indicators for consistent performance management and reporting Requirements:3-5 years managing SEO for local businessesTechnical expertise with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiencesExperience in retail, QSR, or similar multi-location sectorsProficiency with local listing tools (e.g., Semrush), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and reputation platforms (e.g., Yelp, Trustpilot)Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectivelyPositive attitude and team-oriented approach Pay Range and Compensation Package:$61,700.00 - $110,100.00 annually Benefits & Perks:Medical insurancePaid time off and holiday payAccess to early wage payment through a flexible payroll program Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
