Ready to start a driving career without spending every night away from home? Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring a Local Delivery Driver Trainee in Marion, IL. No CDL? No problem. We provide training and support to help qualified candidates work toward obtaining a Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and stock Pepsi products at local businesses
• Load and unload products throughout the day
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Manage an assigned route and daily schedule
• Learn safe driving, inspections, and route sales procedures

CDL Training and Support

• Assistance obtaining your CDL permit
• Guidance through the DOT physical and medical card process
• Hands-on driving experience
• Vehicle safety and DVIR training
• Route sales and product training

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Willing and able to obtain a Class A CDL and DOT medical card
• Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
