Based in Atlanta, this role involves managing construction projects within the education, healthcare, Class A office, and MOB industries, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.

About the role

Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships. Lead commercial construction projects valued at $2M+. Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery. Drive project financial performance and maintain profitability targets. Coordinate construction activities within occupied and active facilities. Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project reporting. Ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
  • Experience delivering multi-floor tenant improvement or renovation projects within Class A office environments
  • Experience with medical office buildings and healthcare construction projects
  • Ground-up construction experience preferred
  • Higher education project experience strongly preferred
  • Experience delivering complex laboratory, examination room, imaging, or technical facility projects
  • Track record managing renovation projects within occupied buildings
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software and standard project controls tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
