Responsibilities
- Order office supplies and coordinate office equipment maintenance.
- Greet visitors, vendors, perform office tours, and assist with workstation set up and team introductions.
- Coordinate local office events, trainings, and onboarding of new employees.
- Resolve general office-related questions and support computer replacements and recycling.
- Maintain employment law posters and support project managers with marketing materials.
- Audit and track vehicle rentals, insurance cards, and maintenance schedules.
- Support the annual budget request process for fleet ordering and assist with telematics program administration.
- Assist with the review of local office performance metrics and participate in safety reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience required.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable violation history.
