Responsibilities

  • Order office supplies and coordinate office equipment maintenance.
  • Greet visitors, vendors, perform office tours, and assist with workstation set up and team introductions.
  • Coordinate local office events, trainings, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Resolve general office-related questions and support computer replacements and recycling.
  • Maintain employment law posters and support project managers with marketing materials.
  • Audit and track vehicle rentals, insurance cards, and maintenance schedules.
  • Support the annual budget request process for fleet ordering and assist with telematics program administration.
  • Assist with the review of local office performance metrics and participate in safety reporting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable violation history.
