About the role
The Local Office Administrator oversees daily general office operations, supporting fleet management administration activities, project coordination, and marketing support.
Responsibilities
- Order office supplies and coordinate office equipment maintenance
- Greet visitors, vendors, perform office tours, and assist with workstation set up and team introductions
- Coordinate local office events, trainings, and onboarding of new employees
- Resolve general office-related questions, including timesheet matters
- Support office compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws
- Auxiliary support for project coordination and drafting marketing materials
- Participate in the annual budget request process for regional fleet ordering
- Administer fleet management tasks such as reviewing and approving vehicle rentals, processing POs and invoices, and auditing vehicle movement
- Support the review of local office performance on key cost factors and the vehicle/equipment telematics program
- Follow safety rules and guidelines and report any safety issues or concerns to management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
