About the role

The Local Office Administrator oversees daily general office operations, supporting fleet management administration activities, project coordination, and marketing support.

Responsibilities

  • Order office supplies and coordinate office equipment maintenance
  • Greet visitors, vendors, perform office tours, and assist with workstation set up and team introductions
  • Coordinate local office events, trainings, and onboarding of new employees
  • Resolve general office-related questions, including timesheet matters
  • Support office compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws
  • Auxiliary support for project coordination and drafting marketing materials
  • Participate in the annual budget request process for regional fleet ordering
  • Administer fleet management tasks such as reviewing and approving vehicle rentals, processing POs and invoices, and auditing vehicle movement
  • Support the review of local office performance on key cost factors and the vehicle/equipment telematics program
  • Follow safety rules and guidelines and report any safety issues or concerns to management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience required
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
