Local HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician
About the Role
Advance Mechanical, Inc. in Greenville, NC, is seeking a Local HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician. This role involves going into client's homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, as well as completing assigned preventative maintenance.
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 or 5:00 pm, with a once-a-month on-call rotation from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings
- Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience servicing and maintaining both residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Relevant licenses and certifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay
$25 to $45 per hour, based on experience, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus and commissions.
