About the role

PAM Transport, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and reliable Solo Dedicated Driver to join our team. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits, including up to $80,000 annually, weekly home time, and various bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes safely and efficiently
• Load and unload cargo according to safety guidelines
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
• Maintain vehicle condition and perform routine maintenance

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
• At least 12 months of experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position
• Or at least 3 months of experience in the last year and completion of an accredited school program
• Must be 21 years or older

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical fitness and stamina
• Passing drug and alcohol testing

Skills

• Knowledge of commercial driving laws and regulations
• Proficiency with GPS and navigation systems
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay

The pay range for this position is $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on your experience level and total miles driven. Final compensation may vary depending on program details and additional factors such as completed training, endorsements, tenure, work schedule, and overall performance.

Schedule

Drivers work daily, with weekly home time.
