Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficient in using ATS systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
