Local Driver CDL

About the role

Responsibilities

• Operate a box truck and occasionally a 53-ft tractor-trailer
• Inspect and maneuver vehicles within the facility and on public roads
• Maintain housekeeping within assigned vehicles
• Inspect trailers for movement and load/unload freight and supplies
• Adhere to safety policies and practices

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of CDL Class A experience operating similar equipment
• Current valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Current valid CDL Class A and clean driving record

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)

Skills

• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A

Pay

Starting pay rate: $29.00 per hour

Overtime pay available after 40 worked hours per week

Schedule

• Mon-Thurs: 10:00pm-8:30am +2/hr shift differential
• Fri-Sun: 10:00pm-8:30am +3/hr shift differential
