About the role
Loffredo Fresh Foods is a local, family-owned food and produce distributor serving the Midwest region. We distribute to 11 different states across our 6 locations.
Responsibilities
- Check orders for accuracy
- Inspect product for damage
- Keep accurate records of deliveries
- Interact with customers professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Drive safely and follow all safety guidelines
- Unload products using a ramp and hand dolly
- Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75 lbs. occasionally
Requirements
- Valid interstate eligible driver's license
- 21+ or older
- Reliable and punctual transportation
- Pass a background check (including sex offender registry)
- Able to recertify DOT Med Card and pass a DOT drug screen
- Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) and Clearinghouse full query
- Attention to detail and accuracy in delivery orders
- Comfortable driving and unloading in varying weather conditions
Qualifications
- Less than 2 years: $27 per hour
- 2 - 9 years: $28 per hour
- 10+ years: $29 per hour
