About the role

You will deliver products to customers by making an average of 10-12 stops per day, while handling freight, completing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately count and record the quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up.
  • Complete hazardous material shipping orders in accordance with DOT regulations.
  • Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance.
  • Build relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers to meet business and customer needs.
  • Continuously build knowledge on how Linde’s business operates to support organizational growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, with proficiency in reading and writing in English.
  • Two (2) years of consecutive driving experience or recent certification from a Truck Driving School.
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Hazmat endorsement on your CDL or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
  • No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two (2) years.
  • No alcohol-related convictions within the last ten (10) years.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate.
  • Ability to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

Pay

$30.00 - $34.00 hourly, depending on experience.
