Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Ultrasound Technologist for a local contract job in Dubuque, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Accurately document patient information and findings in medical records.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Current state-issued Ultrasound Technologist license.
• Experience in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited ultrasound technology program.
• Passing score on a national registry exam (optional).
