Requirements

• Active RN license with Stepdown specialty.
• Must be a local contractor residing within a 35‑mile radius of the facility (local traveler policy applies).
• Willing to work 12‑hour night shifts, 36 hours per week for a 13‑week assignment.
• Adherence to McLaren Bay Region’s strict three‑strike attendance policy (absence, tardiness >20 minutes, or incomplete shift without prior approval results in a strike; three strikes lead to immediate termination).
• Acceptance of a 10 % rate reduction applied to local travelers per McLaren’s policy.
