Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Stepdown for a local contract nursing job in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide step-down care to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assist with patient transfers and discharge planning.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.

Requirements

• Current RN license in West Virginia.
• Experience in step-down care preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).

Pay
