The Long Term Care facility in Hawaii is seeking a travel nurse for a 13 week contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess and document resident needs and progress.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
