Local Contract RN Long-Term Care/SNF - $39-46 per hour

About the role

LTC/SNF Facility in Iowa is in need of an RN traveler.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.

Requirements

• 2 years experience working in LTC/SNF facilities.
• AHA BLS certification.
• IA or compact nursing license.
• Experience with Pointclickcare.
• Charge experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of long-term care practices and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
