Local Contract RN Long-Term Care/SNF - $39-46 per hour

About the role

LTC/SNF Facility in Wisconson is looking for a RN traveler. Must have a minimum of two years experience working in a LTC/SNF facility, BLS, charge nurse responsibilities are expected, WI RN or compact license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess and document resident needs and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Perform medication administration and other related tasks under the direction of a licensed practitioner.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience working in a LTC/SNF facility.
• BLS certification required.
• Charge nurse responsibilities are expected.
• WI RN or compact license required.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or compact state.
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8 hours shift, nights.
