The Skilled nursing and rehab center in Muncy PA needs help from experienced LPN's. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recent LTC experience, BLS and PA or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of recent long-term care experience.
• BLS certification.
• PA or compact license.
