About the role

The skilled nursing and rehab center in Muncy PA is seeking experienced LPNs for a local contract nursing job.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor and document resident health status.
• Follow established protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent LTC experience.
• BLS certification required.
• P.A. or P.N.P. license required.

Qualifications

• Current, active, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state of employment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
