Local Contract RN Long-Term Care/SNF - $32-37 per hour

About the role

LTC/SNF Facility in South Dakota is in need of an RN Traveler.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent LTC/SNF specialty experience.
• Active state license.
• Pointclickcare proficiency.
• Current AHA, BLS certification.
• Charge experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Valid state nursing license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR).

Skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Pointclickcare.
