Local Contract Respiratory Therapist - $40-44 per hour

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Respiratory Therapist for a 1 week, 36-hour per week shift in St. Louis, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services under the supervision of a physician.
• Assess patients' respiratory status and develop treatment plans.
• Administer treatments such as nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Missouri.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
• Knowledge of advanced respiratory techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
