About the role
Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a local contract nursing job in Lafayette, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Care for women during labor and childbirth
- Monitor the baby and the mother
- Coach mothers and assist doctors
- Prepare women and their families for the stages of giving birth
- Help patients with breastfeeding after the baby is born
Requirements
- Specialty: Labor and Delivery
- Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of postpartum care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
