Local Contract Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - $24-26 per hour

We’re currently looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2026-2027 school year in Logan, WV, school setting. This is a local contract position for 40 weeks, 35 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students to assist with classroom engagement, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record accurate, real-time behavioral data during instructional and non-instructional activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and BCBAs to maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Assist with skill generalization, daily living routines, and social interaction prompts as outlined in IEP goals.

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB required.

Pay

Up to $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full-Time (35 hours per week) with 12‑hour shifts.
