Local Contract Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - $20-21 per hour

About the Role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a local contract Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide essential support and specialized care to students in an educational setting in Morton, PA. The position is for the 2026‑2027 school year, with a start date ASAP and a 40‑week contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior support and promote social, emotional, and academic growth for students, working 1:1 or in group settings.
• Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to tailor services to individual student needs.
• Gather data and maintain detailed records and documentation in accordance with school policies.
• Support student development through behavioral interventions and educational strategies.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Willingness to obtain Pennsylvania clearances.
• Valid license required.
• School‑based experience preferred (2 years preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome).

Pay

Hourly rate: $19.68 – $20.66.

Schedule

37.5 hours per week, full‑time or part‑time options; 12‑hour shift; 40‑week contract (2026‑2027 school year).
