Local Contract Physical Therapist - Outpatient Vestibular - $37-41 per hour

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 24, 2026, in Cookeville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay
