Local Contract Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics - $40-44 per hour

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a 13-week job in Springfield, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Completed all required coursework and clinical hours.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).
