Local Contract Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist - $40-44 per hour

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Document progress notes and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Georgia.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
