Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Anniston, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and treatments.
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Alabama.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay
