Local Contract Physical Therapist - $36-40 per hour

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Franklin, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
