About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a local contract nursing job in Santa Rosa, California.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Operating Room under the supervision of an RN or MD
- Assist with surgical procedures as directed
- Prepare operating rooms for surgery
- Monitor patient conditions during and after surgery
- Ensure sterile technique is maintained
- Communicate effectively with surgeons, other medical staff, and patients
Requirements
- Current RN license in California
- Experience in OR setting preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
