Local Contract Operating Room RN - $54-64 per hour

About the role

A hospital in CT is looking for an experienced OR RN for a 13 week travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the operating room setting
• Assist with surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
• Manage patient care during and after surgery
• Ensure sterile technique and adherence to infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with other healthcare team members

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent OR General Surgery experience
• BLS certification
• Current CT license

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Skills

• Proficient in operating room procedures
• Effective teamwork and collaboration
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
