Local Contract Operating Room RN - $42-49 per hour
About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week, 36-hour-per-week position in Richmond, Virginia. Shifts are 8 hours on days, with a tapering schedule on evenings. The employment type is local contract.
Responsibilities
- Staff one team of RN, SA, and surgical tech per OR room running on day shift and tapering on evenings.
- Call on weekends and nights, with additional call for additional teams starting at 3 PM.
- Manage patient ratios of 1-1, using OR equipment including robotics, neurosurgery, general, plastics, urology, orthopedic, etc.
- Operate under EMR system Meditech.
Requirements
- Candidates must have robotic experience.
- Ortho experience is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Candidates must hold current RN license.
- Candidates must have a CNOR certification (plus).
