Local Contract Operating Room Registered Nurse - $42-50 per hour

About the role

We are seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position offers 40 hours per week, with a 10-hour shift working days.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
• Assist in the preparation of operating rooms for surgery
• Manage patient flow and ensure smooth operation of the OR
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in OR setting preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Passing scores on required pre-employment tests

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
