Local Contract Oncology Registered Nurse - $48-56 per hour

About the role

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Hematology/Oncology RN.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with medical orders and hospital policies.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in oncology preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems used in healthcare settings.
