New grad OT's are encouraged to apply, and dedicated clinical supervisors are available to provide support and mentorship throughout the school year. This role involves delivering OT evaluations, therapy services, and educational support to students in a collaborative school-based environment. Responsibilities • Schedule / Shift Shift details: Monday–Friday following school schedule Hours per week: Part-time, 3 days per week (24 hours weekly) Contract length: August 17, 2026- June 4, 2027 • Key Duties: Provide occupational therapist assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students Deliver in-person occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding student progress and therapy plans Requirements • Education Required: Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field • Licenses & Certifications Required: Colorado Occupational Therapy License Required: Colorado Department of Education License Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills within educational environments Ability to provide effective in-person therapy services to students Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and speech evaluations Ability to manage caseloads and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines Benefits Medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits available Paid time off (if applicable) Stock options offered Weekly pay Paid training provided Clinical supervision and mentorship available for CFY candidates About Us RCM Healthcare Services works with professionals across schools, healthcare, and community-based settings nationwide.
