Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Occupational Therapist for a 13-week job in Guthrie, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current Oklahoma state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the national certification exam.

Skills
