About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Occupational Therapist for a 13-week job in Randolph, Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a local setting.
- Adhere to professional standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Assess patient needs and progress towards goals.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in Vermont.
- Experience in outpatient or home health settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
