Local Contract Occupational Therapist - $40-65 per hour

About the role
RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join San Marcos Unified School District. This is a school-based position supporting students across K–8 and elementary sites. You’ll be part of a collaborative and welcoming district team dedicated to helping students reach their goals.
Responsibilities
- Full-time, on-site role (no virtual)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
Schedule
- 7.5 hours per day, Monday–Friday
- Assignment runs through the end of the school year, with possible extension
- Phone interview required prior to offer
Pay
$45–$60/hour (based on experience)
Requirements
- Active California OT license or credential
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
