About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Occupational Therapist for a local contract job in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Care for similar patient populations as assigned
- Maintain a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Card with Re-certification
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Requirements
- BLS certification
- Iowa state license
- One year experience caring for similar patient population as to be assigned
Qualifications
- Occupational Therapist certification
