Local Contract Occupational Therapist - $38-42 per hour

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Occupational Therapist for a 12-week position starting on July 30, 2026, in Detroit, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Michigan.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Pass a criminal history check.
