Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN DOU - Direct Observation Unit for a local contract nursing job in Urbana, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct observation unit care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Assess patient needs and implement care plans
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Illinois
- Experience in Direct Observation Unit preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Passing score on NCLEX-RN
- Current BLS certification

Pay
