• Unit: SICU - Surgical Intensive Care (Days)
• Number of Beds: 26
• Number of Staff: 15
• Day Shift Staff: 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech
• Night Shift Staff: 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech
• Equipment used: Balloon pumps; CRRT; Hypothermia; ECMO
• EMR: Meditech
• Typical procedures: Trauma patients; Post-CABG; Post-TAVR; General post-surgical ICU patients; Chest tubes; central lines; Medication Drips

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year current acute care ICU hospital experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications
• This position is available as a travel contract for those 50+ miles from the facility
