Local Contract Registered Nurse – Surgical ICU - $46-54 per hour
About the role
The Johns Hopkins Hospital - Zayed 11 West IMC Level- Surgical/Urology/Thoracic (Zayed 11 West) Med Surg/IMC Nurse is needed to provide pre and post-bedside surgical care on an adult inpatient acute, tele, and intermediate care unit with continuous vital sign and some advanced monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Work on a unit with patients who have had surgery.
- Provide dysrhythmia management.
- Use BLS skills.
- Have IMC/PCU experience.
- Float as needed to area of like skill set (all of 11 West; IMC and MS Level).
Requirements
- Current RN License.
- 2 years current nursing experience.
- EPIC experience preferred.
- 1-2 travel assignments.
- ACLS certification preferred.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a Current RN License, 2 years current nursing experience, dysrhythmia management, BLS, IMC/PCU experience, and EPIC experience preferred. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 travel assignments and ACLS certification.
Skills
Preferred skills include EPIC experience and ACLS certification.
